About the Estates
Salawara Estate is Located in the lush foothills of Indian western ghats near the Sakleshpur/ Belur region, It is spread over 145 hectares. The Estate was established by the Britishers in the late 1880s. The Coffee crop from the Salawara Estate is successfully inter-cropped with pepper, Areca nut, oranges, and silver oak trees which brings in the perfect balance of richness and heritage.

Roasters Recommendation
Our roasters recommend this coffee for Espresso- based drinks as well as for Manual brews such as PourOver and AeroPress.

The Cherries were hand-picked and left for Anaerobic fermentation for 96 hours and then kept for 20-days shade-dried naturally in Salawara Estate
