DAY 1:
- Introduction to specialty coffee.
- Introduction to pulling espresso and steaming milk.
- The Essential Elements of espresso and how they affect the final product.
- A step-by-step guide to steaming / texturing milk.
- Understand the difference between various milk-based coffee beverages.
DAY 2:
- Taste and learn the sensory aspect of espresso.
- Practice for the exam by preparing various milk-based coffee beverages.
- Finally, appear for the examination to earn your certificate from SCAI and SCA (if you opt for 1)
