How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Shipping to Metropolitan cities within India should take around 2-3 days. For places that don’t fall under these, it will take around 7-10 days. The delivery date also depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please send an email to [email protected] and we will endeavour to do so. Please note that we can’t cancel an order once it is shipped out.

Do I need an account to place an order?
Nope, you don’t need to have an account to place an order with Total.Coffee. You can simply shop, add items to the cart, and check out. When you place your order, you can provide an email address for order confirmations so you can track your order.
Having an account is pretty handy. You’ll be able to see your order history, any wish lists you’ve created, and the shipping addresses you’ve used will be saved for future purchases. How Can I Return a Product?
We offer ten day return policy for all equipment returned in good or like-new condition, clean and in their original packaging, within 10 days of your order. Please contact the seller on the actual method preferred.
