Within the beautiful Shevaroy’s hills is the Riverdale Estate, where for more than three generations, Riverdale Estate has worked to improve the quality of its coffee plants. Mr. Prakash Balaram is a young passionate coffee farmer who has transformed the coffee estate with modern farming practices and taken Indian specialty coffee to another level.
The cherries of this Coffee were fermented for 72 hours in a purpose-built room where temperature and pH are closely monitored to ensure consistency. Thus giving us a microlot of N72 Natural Fermented Coffee.
