About The Estate: 
Runned by the third generation of experienced Chikmagalur coffee farmers from the Indavara family who own the MG Plantation. Baarbara Estate shade grows its selection 795 Arabica on the hills of western ghats. The family has a history of growing coffee for 20 years. Also, has a strong commitment to sustainability, certified by UTZ and the Rainforest Alliance.
In addition to growing coffee, the estate also produces black pepper. Baarbara Estate implements organized agricultural practices to maintain soil quality and balance ecosystems. It is an everyday sight to witness tigers, wild boars, muntjacs, and up to 100 species of birds in Baarbara Estate.
