Not all brew methods do justice in bringing out the best in that coffees. We start with this question to make sure the coffee we curate will taste great with your current coffee routine. So let us know whether you enjoy an espresso or all the way to cold brew.

Depending on what you add to a coffee can make or break your experience. Some coffees can be enhanced by milk, but others may react adversely and result in an unpleasant taste. We’ll curate those coffees that works best with what you add.

Roast profile is subjective as each roaster has their own definition of light, medium and dark roasts. A medium roast for one roaster may actually be dark for another. To make sure you get what you’re expecting, we score all coffees on total.coffee on our own. Also please do keep in mind that the roast profile we curate will be based on other factors and may not ideally match to what you might have selected.

Light roasts : Great acidity & expressive of the coffee’s original flavours

Medium roasts : A classic among Indian coffees with hints of toasted nuts

Dark roasts : Light sheen on the coffee bean with deeper caramelised smokiness
