The 24 Hour naturally fermented coffee is cultivated in the abundantly bio-diverse and rich soil of Hill Berry Estate situated in Sakleshpur at 1100 MASL. The coffee has been depulped, anaerobically fermented, and manually raked multiple times daily to ensure quality processing. These green beans are intense in the flavors that they have to offer.
The roast profile exhibits a sweet cup and pairs very well with desserts. We taste hints of milk chocolate and toasted walnuts followed by a prolonged caramelly aftertaste. Whimsical notes of raisins have also been observed. The coffee is versatile and suits milk as well as water-based drinks.
This coffee has a distinct flavor development and grows sweet with rest. We would also recommend enjoying your cup over extended sessions for an interesting flavor-changing journey.
