Let There Be Light – kāpi kottai is a light roast Arabica coffee that produces a balanced & bright cup. The sweet & bright flavors such as berry, sugarcane, and Jaggery will take your pallet on a ride. This cup of flavor art is perfect for consumption at any time of the day. The coffee will wake you up in the morning and also help you release your mid-day stress.

About the Process:
This lot of Sln.9 arabica has been fermented sequentially and this is how it is done. Only the best cherries from the lot are allowed to ferment with mucilage and skin on in the first round. Post which they are de-pulped and anoxically fermented for the second time. That’s how the Let There Be Light – kāpi kottai gets its bright and sweet flavor notes.
The best way to experience the coffee will be by brewing it using a French press and AeroPress.
