Monsoon Malabar AA – Third Wave coffee is a unique Specialty Coffee. Monsoon Malabar is a process that creates Medium Dark Roast Coffee that is rich in flavor and heritage. Back in the long sea journey days of the British Raj. Wooden vessels transported coffee beans from India to Europe, causing a unique ripening with exposure to nautical winds and humidity. Even though modern modes of transportation have reduced the effects of the elements, the fondness for the resulting earthy-flavored coffee has prevailed.
This Specialty Coffee is an homage to this historical process. Each cup of this Medium Dark Roast Coffee is packed with bold flavors, complemented by strongly nutty, dark chocolate notes.
