Salawara estate is located in the lush foothills of India’s western ghats near Sakleshpur / Belur region , its spread over 145 hectares.
Salawara estate was established by the Britishers in the late 1880’s. The coffee crop from salawara estate is successfully inter-cropped with pepper, Areca nut,oranges and silver oak trees which brings in the perfect balance of richness and heritage .
Salawara literally means string of blessings.
The estate has been with the YDN groups since three generations
