From MSP Coffee’s fields of spectacular coffees, this 48 hour dry fermented naturals is grown at an elevation of 4630 ft. amongst Fig, Orange, and Jackfruit trees. These cherries were picked over 3 rounds of careful selective picking and were further sorted to remove any defects and unripe cherries. These were then dry fermented for 48 hours and then slow dried over 18 days to add nuance and complexity in the cup.
This medium-light roast makes a delicious and sweet cup with gentle acidity and light notes of Vanilla, Demerara sugar and Berries.
