Shipping Policy
Product will be shipped at the earliest, 48 hours after the roast date & by and large, should be delivered within 5 -7 working days from the date of shipping.
Refund Policy
First things first, we don’t think you should ever have a problem with our coffee. But then we know, 'Karma' loves to have fun. So, for whatever reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase [email protected] within 14 days of your shipment for a replacement or a refund on the purchase. But make sure to include the below mentioned details, so that we can easily find your order. (Remember, we are a very small team who are more interested in making sure the very best coffees reach you!)
Please include: Your name, date of purchase, the items you would like refunded and don’t forget the reason for the return (We shall take this as feedback and give you a few minus points for it! 🙂 Jokes apart, please do tell us why you are returning the coffee/s.
It would be great if you could use the original packs to return the coffee/s, in case of refund.
- Remember, all brewing equipment can only be refunded only if it is returned to our facility in ‘relatively working’ condition. “Working condition” is defined and decided by BeanThere Beverages Pvt. Ltd.
- For brewing equipment warranty repair claims, you will be responsible for delivering the machine to our office in Bangalore. We will cover the delivery back to you.
- Refunds for coffee subscription purchases will be on prorated based on the number of shipments remaining
- Refunds are initiated within 3 days of notification. The amount of time it takes before the money is credited back to your account depends on the clearing cycle of your bank
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations of orders can be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order or before the order is roasted, whichever comes first.
