Kafeido Shipping Policy 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.kafeido.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy.

All orders are processed within 0-3 business days. Orders are received by our delivery partners on any day specified by the customer at the specified Pick up Address in the order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. We are not responsible for any delay or damages to your green beans while in transit to our shop. 

Shipment processing time - Outbound

All orders are processed within 0-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

www.kafeido.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

www.kafeido.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

www.kafeido.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Cancellations

Cancellations on coffee orders will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order or before the order is roasted, whichever comes first.

Returns and Refund Policy

We put a lot of effort into sourcing, cupping, and roasting our coffee beans. At Kafeido, we wish to provide you the best experience possible. However, if you are unsatisfied with any coffee purchase you have made from our website, kindly refer to our policies below,  

Returns 

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, 

Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Item must also be in the original packaging

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 

Coffee that has been consumed

Equipment that has been used, kindly inspect your equipment on arrival

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]  and send your item to:
