The coffee beans are chosen based on their vigour and size to arrive at an amalgamation of beans, which give the right consistency when it comes to grain size, roast, texture and aroma of the coffee. Even though the finished product can be brewed with different techniques using different coffee making equipment like Pour Over, French Press, Filter Coffee Kettle and the Moka Pot; extraction through the Moka Pot or the Pour Over have been found to give the best results. The coffee is roasted to perfection keeping in mind the different media like cow milk, almond milk or soymilk and has been found to be compatible with all kinds.
