Pink | Mountain Bean | Yelagudige Estate

This 2022 Yelagudige is a natural-processed nano lot.  With flavour notes of Peach and Black Tea, it has a natural sweetness with lively acidity. It produces a super clean cup and has controlled bitterness.

This coffee is ‘sparkling’ in flavour. It tastes like Iced Tea, topped with a few slices of freshly-cut peaches. It is jazzy and takes you away to a lazy Sunday brunch setting. This coffee has the perfect balance of sweetness, tartiness and a mouthfeel showering you with elegance.

 

‘Mountain Bean’ is a women-led farm enterprise led by Sheetal Akarsha. This Mountain Bean Naturals coffee comes from the plantation at Yelagudige estate established in the 1890s, owned and managed by Mrs Vanamala Mruthyunjaya and her family, the 5th generation coffee growers.

Shipping Policy

Each order placed with us will be processed the same day and shipped in the next two working days. the delivery time will depend, on the shipping method, and your address.

We use logistics companies, for delivering our coffees. We will not be responsible for any delivery delays that occur.

We promise to make the entire process as smooth and quick for you as possible, but we do not guarantee the exact time and date of the arrival of your parcel.

We will update you through email and SMS when the order is picked up (by the courier), in transit, and delivered.

Refund Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return, refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, refund, or exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (E invoice will work)

Eligibility for return, refund, or exchange

  • If the coffee is defective, stale, spoiled
  • If the wrong grind size was delivered
  • If the wrong product was delivered

As this is a food product and thus perishable, we do not offer any warranty on this. NO refunds, returns or exchange will be accepted in the case, where you have not liked the flavour or the taste of the coffee

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
