About the estate

In 1925, the Udayagiri estate, located at Hosapura village, Chikmagalur district of Karnataka state, was added to their family known as the Kalasaiah family.

The estate is located at an altitude of 4000+ feet and is in the best zone of Western Ghats, locally famous as ‘Giri’.

The coffee grown is amid varieties of trees like orange, fig, jackfruit, white teak, silver oak, rose oak and jungle woods, which provides natural manure and fewer chemicals and fertilizer.

Shipping Policy

Each order placed with us will be processed the same day and shipped in the next two working days. the delivery time will depend, on the shipping method, and your address. We use logistics companies, for delivering our coffees. We will not be responsible for any delivery delays that occur. We promise to make the entire process as smooth and quick for you as possible, but we do not guarantee the exact time and date of the arrival of your parcel. We will update you through email and SMS when the order is picked up (by the courier), in transit, and delivered.  

Refund Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return, refund or exchange. To be eligible for return, refund, or exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (E invoice will work) Eligibility for return, refund, or exchange
  • If the coffee is defective, stale, spoiled
  • If the wrong grind size was delivered
  • If the wrong product was delivered
As this is a food product and thus perishable, we do not offer any warranty on this. NO refunds, returns or exchange will be accepted in the case, where you have not liked the flavour or the taste of the coffee Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at [email protected]. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.   Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Cancellations If you have made a purchase by mistake, please write to us at [email protected] immediately. Cancellation of orders will only take place if the order is not processed yet.
