Shipping Policy

We have set our roasting schedule just so that we give you your coffee super fresh and not just bag a coffee which has been lying with us for a while!!
Roasting dates- Monday and Thursday of every Week. 
All orders placed before 10am of the roasting date will be compiled together and batched for Roasting.  Orders placed after 10am will move to the subsequent roasting cycle.
Post roasting we let it degas overnight, then pack and ship it within 24hrs of roasting. If you ever need to expedite an order, just contact us @[email protected].

Refund Policy

For items received with a manufacturing defect an exchange/refund option shall be provided.

Whenever you make a purchase from us using your credit/debit card, all your transaction details are captured on a secure payment page and is transmitted securely to the card issuer for authorization. We do not have access to or store any of your card details including your credit/debit card number, expiration date or CVV. For refunds, we will ask you to provide the necessary bank account details as per our Refunds Policy.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

For   any   exchange/replacement requested due to a product defect, a replacement being requested due to a product defect, the request should be placed within 3 days of receiving the product.
